Caroline graduated from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England in 2002 with a degree in English and American Studies. She worked for several years at Aspen Ski Resorts, and teaching homeless children at a school in South Africa. She returned to school in 2008 and attended Bel-Rea Institute where she received her AAS as a Veterinary Technician. Caroline’s love for animals and desire to make a difference in the lives of the people and pets she works with is what convinced her to become a technician. She is passionate about providing amazing care to animals and is excited to work at RMVC with people who share her same passion. Prior to coming to RMVC, Caroline spent 6 years at a Denver area veterinary specialty hospital, first as an ICU technician and then a cardiology technician. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, travelling  (most recent exciting trips were to Peru & Costa Rica), and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Chris and their terrier mix, Bella.
