Allison received her B.S. in Psychology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. While there, she joined the Equestrian team and competed on the English riding team. After working for several years in New York City, Allison decided that her heart is really with animals and that she would return to school to become a Certified Veterinary Technician.
She moved to Colorado where she attended Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology. After graduating in 2011, she went to work as a surgery technician. She joined Rocky Mountain Veterinary Cardiology in 2013.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three dogs – Guinness, a lab mix; Spurr, a mini Aussie; and Dr. Leo Marvin, a dalmatian mix. She also enjoys traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
